Privacy

This page explains what SeerAI collects when you use seer.ai, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

What we collect

When you book a demo, we collect your name, work email, company, job title and the question you want to bring. When you ask for early access, we collect your name, work email, company and role, and your answers to the optional questions about your data. When you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your email address.

We also collect how the site is used: pages visited, time on page, the kind of device and browser, and roughly where visitors are, at the level of country or city. Google Analytics measures this, and it sets cookies. Microsoft Clarity shows us heatmaps and recordings of visits, so we can see where a page confuses people. It masks what you type in forms and the details you gave us at sign-up, and it sets cookies. Both run only under the cookie rules below.

Why we collect it

We use what you send us to reply, set up your demo or account, and send the newsletter you asked for. We use analytics to learn which pages help people and which don't, so we can improve the site.

Cookies and your choices

If you visit from Europe, including the UK, or your browser hides where you are, you choose on your first visit. You can allow all cookies, only necessary ones, or choose in the settings. We use two kinds: necessary and analytics. Analytics covers Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Nothing that needs your OK runs until you allow it. Elsewhere, a short notice tells you that we use analytics cookies, and they run unless you turn them off. Necessary cookies only keep the site working, such as remembering your choice. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or block cookies in your browser; the site still works.

Who handles it for us

The site runs on Vercel. Blog posts, their images, waitlist entries and demo requests are stored in our own database. When you book a demo time, the time and your work email go to Google Calendar for the invite. Each demo request also goes to a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace. Google and Microsoft provide our analytics. Form and account details are kept in the tools we use to manage our customer relationships and email. Each of these handles the information only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep form and account details for as long as we have a relationship with you or your company, and analytics data for up to 14 months. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop receiving emails. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live, including the EU, the UK and California, you may have further rights, and we'll honour them.
